University of Durham, Peninsula colleges, Science site and and colleges are easily reached through the small town centre by walking or cycling about a mile from the city centre. There is a regular bus service to the town centre which takes less than 5 minutes. Transport is discounted to Durham Student cardholders on Arriva services.
The house is also near shops & takeaway, and a 5 minute walk to both Dragonville and Durham Retail Parks which include Aldi, Tesco Extra, Pound Shops B&Q, Currys, PC World, Pizza Hut, discount and clothes shops.
Free Parking Driveway and on-street although there is no need to use a car to reach the University, Colleges, Departments, Science Site or locally.
There are Two Double and Two Single Bedrooms each for single occupancy with full double/single bed with storage drawers, duvet and pillows, chair and computer desk or work table. The downstairs single has an addition pull out visitor's bed and the room has patio door with open out into the rear garden. There is a wardrobe instead of storage drawers in the bed.
Individual door locks are provided for security.
